Delivery and returns.

Turnaround

Most made-to-order gifts are prepared within 2-4 working days. Busy seasonal periods may take a little longer.

Collection and delivery

Collection is free. UK delivery is £2.99 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item and is selected in the basket.

Delivery costs are shown before PayPal opens, so you can review the full total first.

Returns

Personalised items are made just for you, so they can only be returned if faulty, damaged or not as described.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and a photo of the issue so we can help.
